The Forest

The Forest can be accessed by repairing the bridge. In this area, both rocks and trees are significantly harder, so upgrading your Tools accordingly is essential. Even fully upgraded Copper Tools will be insufficient.
When visiting for the first time, it’s recommended to collect Iron Ore from the Lost Forest Cave and Forest Mushrooms from the forest to strengthen your Tools before diving into full exploration. Additionally, many enemies appear here, so even if you’re not an Archaeologist, upgrading your Whip is highly advised.
Be cautious of the swamp in the center of the map—standing still will cause you to sink and result in death. The swamp hides a cave containing the Ancient Book, but it’s quite difficult to locate. For more details, check here.
